1.Q1. What is your terms of packing?
1）Hardware series: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
2) Mould: Wooden case
3) Machine: Plastic wrapping film
4) Profile: Plastic wrapping film or paper box, which is according to client's demands.
5) Raw material: Woven bag with 25kg/bag.

2.Q2. What is your terms of payment?
1)T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery.(For the Raw material)
2) 20% T/T as deposit, 80% irrevocable L/C at sight.
(For the Machine, Mold, Profile&Hardware)

3.Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
EXW, FOB, CIF

4.Q4. How about your delivery time?
1) Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. (For the Hardware)
2) For the Machine/Mold/Profile: 45-60working days after receive the deposit from client.
3) For the Raw material: 10-15working days after receive the deposit from client.

5.Q5. What is your sample policy?
1) No samples: Machine, Mold
2) We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and
the courier cost. (Raw material, profile & Hardware)
