WPC/PVC Ceiling/Wall panel production line is composed of tapered twin-screw extruder, vacuum shaping platform, tractor, cutting machine and stacker. The whole production line basically realizes full automation, simple and easy to learn, and fast in operation.

This production line uses polypropylene as the main raw material,adds modifiers,and uses aunique process to produce polypropylene monofilament fibers.Its production process includespolypropylene single-screw extruder,melt filtration,melt metering,spinning,cooling,seven-rollerdrawing,heating oven,cutting,and packaging finished products.
