1) Product description:

Mainly used in the production of agricultural pipelines,water supply,gas pipelines,constructiondrainage and sewage pipelines.

The unit is composed of single screw extruder,vacuum calibration box,tractor,cutting machine,turning table,etc.

1.Single screw extruder adopts long L/D,high efficiency screw,high extrusion output.

2.Spiral extrusion die head,well-calibrated,to ensure high-quality pipe production.

3.Vacuum calibration water tank and water spray cooling water tank:adopt advanced circulatingwater,high-pressure cooling system,vacuum degree adjustment device and automatic watertemperature and water level control system installation.

4.Tractor:It adopts crawler type,which includes two-claw type,three-claw type,four-claw type,six-claw type,eight-claw type,ten-claw type,twelve-claw type,etc.,suitable for different sizes ofpipes production.

5.Chipless cutting,saw cutting or planetary cutting machineAccurate cutting,reliable performance and high efficiency.
